In a turn of events that sounds straight out of a CSI plot, murder charges were recently dropped against 19-year-old Orlando Nembhard, who was arrested after Sir Xavier Brooks was fatally shot in February outside a nightclub in Chandler, Ariz. There were plenty of witnesses at Leonardo's Da Vinci Code, a now defunct hip-hop club, but Nembhard has an identical twin, Brandon, who was also at the scene, and some allege that he was the one who pulled the trigger. "While there is evidence that one of the twins is involved, prosecutors are unable to go forward at this point in time," Maricopa County attorney Bill Montgomery wrote in a press release. For now both brothers are free. If the murder weapon is ever found in this case, the identical twins will complicate the use of forensic evidence.
